We're busy cleaning house so we can sit the rest of the day and watch MORE football. I hate it when the season ends.

Aloha darlin.......You are so diligent about your program. I used to write down everything I ate, and all the nut. info, but have long since stopped doing that.

I begin every day with a tiny bottle of DanActive which helps protect against everything...Ha. Then during the day I pretty much eat what appeals to me.

Yesterday I had a salami, cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce sandwich. I ate the whole thing. (my pouch is very easy...rarely complains). Later I had lasagne, brussel sprouts, and a sugar-free vanilla ice cream cone......all right.....TWO! For some reason I am lucky I guess.......I eat a lot and still stay right around 150. Whatever I put in comes out again the next morning......but I DO faithfully take my vitamins, etc.

One of these days I'm afraid my metabolism might make a switch on me, and if it does, I know how to get back on track...I think. Back to the five day pouch test, then write everything down again.

Good luck to you, my dear. Only having gained 10 lbs. is really fabulous when you think about all who have gained it all back! Here on Maui, unfortunately about 20 % have done just that.

I was starting to wonder about you, haven't seen you in such a long time, but then I remembered you were going to CA in January. Are you back, or have you not gone yet and just been MIA???

I thought I had it all figured out too. That's what I get for thinking, right? All of my OFF friends encouraging me to get back on here and then doing this thread has really helped me. I still log every day on Fitday.com, but having it all "out there" for the world to see keeps me honest.

No, I have not gone to Santa Cruz...yet. I leave on Thurs. and am in the midst of packing, decluttering, losing things, etc....Ha! So different when someone is coming to stay in your home that just leaving. It has to be fresh, clean, shiney.........donchaknow!! Ha!

Sisters like you keep me coming back....never want to lose touch.

Ill bring up the rear today.
Since I have been tracking and writing things down the scale has moved down too. I am hoping to get this pesky 20 pounds off by the beginning of March!!!!!
So far today I have had
1 cracker    60 calories
1 slice of swiss cheese 86 calories
6 nut bites     172 calories
and a small taco from Taco bell 180 Calories
Total 498 so far.
Not sure what the rest of the day will be.

I think I've jumped ship.

Today... started with a 1/2 c cottage cheese and a carton of CarbMaster yogurt....so I did good...

Until... I made a fried Spam sammich on Pepperidge Farm bread with Hellman's mayonnaise....

Gotta count the coffee at $4.... half and half, yanno.

Then popcorn at the movies......

2 pieces of toast and some butter toffee coffee in my new Keurig.

Sorry, you can't get out that easy. We'll get a inner tube, put you hiney into it and tie it to the back of the barge. That should do it!
